Our Mission:

To advance climate action and justice through youth employment and intergenerational collaboration. Sponsors, Mentors, Advisors, and Project Managers all work together to defend, repair, and regenerate our communities and our world.

We see the potential for a tidal wave of engagement in response to this dire moment:
Hundreds of millions of people pushing for systemic changes and ambitious regenerative solutions.

Active Allies is building a team to:

  • Fulfill young adults’ dreams to not just volunteer, but be paid to work on what they care about most: health and justice in their communities — and a future they can look forward to.

  • Enlist other adults who “course-correct” their own lives by sponsoring and collaborating with young adults for the essential work to defend, repair and regenerate their communities.

  • Establish a new Course-Correct Corps — a public service program, first in the Bay Area, then in California, and then, we hope, nationally — to pay young adults a basic income  to work on our most pressing public health priorities, like COVID and climate justice.

Project Managers

There’s no power on earth greater than a young activist working full time. What if you could not just volunteer evenings and weekends, but actually devote your working hours to advancing solutions for public health and climate justice?

Sponsor, Mentor, Advisor

Meaningfully grow your impact by collaborating with a young Project Manager, who can bring fresh perspectives, skills, and strategies to your projects. And your support empowers them to do the essential work to ensure a flourishing future.

Startup Team Member

Are you aligned with the mission of Active Allies, and able to dedicate time to advancing the efforts of our startup team? We’re looking for volunteers to help with outreach, recruitment, internal logistics, publicity, the Course-Correct Corps, and more. We’d love to have you!
